Embed Air Casters Underneath Existing Tooling or Scaffolding for Easy Movement
 
Flexible tool movement is made immediately possible by embedding air casters onto tooling.  Simply bolt the tooling footer to the top of the Embedded Air Caster and the tooling equipment will be air caster enabled - immediately able to lift and position tooling for manufacturing using existing compressed air supply.  The Control Console is then bolted onto vertical supports to allow easy operator access to the air flow controls.
 
Used for years in aerospace, air caster technology has been proven to prevent equipment damage typically experienced when using tug, tow, rail, forklift trucks or traditional material handling methods.  The lightweight aluminum modules are equipped with an air supply tube fitting to readily accept existing compressed air.  Embedded Air Casters are sized to fit standard shop tooling and equipment footers.
