Each Aero-Plank™ System is equipped with a minimum of two (sometimes three) Aero-Caster® air bearings underneath each plank and automatic flow control valves. Quantities of planks used in each application, vary. A minimum of two are positioned based on the load’s center of gravity. Hoses connect each plank in a daisy chain fashion. Air supply is controlled by a pressure regulator.When the Aero-Casters® are deflated, the Aero-Planks™ rest firmly on the Aero-Caster® landing pads which protect the Aero-Caster’s® torus bag and prevent it from being crushed by the load. next >>
