Each Air Plank System is equipped with a minimum of two (sometimes three) Air Caster air bearings underneath each plank and automatic flow control valves. Quantities of planks used in each application, vary. A minimum of two are positioned based on the load’s center of gravity. Hoses connect each plank in a daisy chain fashion. Air supply is controlled by a pressure regulator.When the Air Casters are deflated, the Air Planks™ rest firmly on the Air Caster landing pads which protect the Air Caster's torus bag and prevent it from being crushed by the load. next >>
