4/15/20 – Stay Vigilant! Reminder to check in with HR; Use Sanitizing Checklists
Hello AeroGo Team,
Thank you to everyone for listening to the guidelines by wearing masks, observing social distancing and operating under the new health and safety policies.
We are now 1 week into our return. Just a reminder we cannot let up! We cannot relax and forget to take the necessary precautions.
PRIOR TO OUR CLOSURE WE IMPLEMENTED THE “RETURN TO WORK” INTERVIEW POLICY. IT INCLUDES THE SAME QUESTIONS THAT ARE POSTED ON EACH ENTRY DOOR.
IF YOU CALL OUT SICK FOR ANY REASON YOU MUST CALL HR AND CONDUCT THE RETURN TO WORK INTERVIEW PRIOR TO RETURNING.
HR IS AVAILABLE 24/7 TO TAKE YOUR CALLS. 425-518-6581. AFTER THE INTERVIEW AEROGO WILL DETERMINE IF YOU CAN SAFELY RETURN TO WORK.
Brian Williams sent out an e-mail to managers reminding them that this is not over, please read his email (attached)Brian Williams Email April 15, 2020 and respond appropriately.
We have created Sanitizing checklists for each work area, attached are what have been started for upstairs and some parts of downstairs, please take a look and work with you team to create a checklist for your work area.
If your manager asks you to clean please consider it part of your job. We are all in this together with the end goal of protecting ourselves and coworkers from COVID-19!
In additional to our daily efforts we have doubled our janitorial contract in an effort to provide additional cleanliness.
