AeroGo load module™ heavy duty air transporters utilize the efficiency of load carriers such as our air caster units to lift and move loads of any size, shape or weight. This versatile heavy load rigging product can be positioned singularly or in groups under any load shape to provide lift and support wherever it's needed, perfectly suited for cleanroom machinery, nuclear transport applications or as aircraft transporters. The capacity ranges from 1/2 ton to 60 tons. The thin profile of our load module makes it easy to insert under most equipment, eliminating the need for separate air jacks as well as providing vertical lift when inflated. Unlike caster wheels, which resist changes in direction, Load Module Systems� truly use omnidirectional transfer, requiring no additional force to change direction. Load module heavy duty air transporters are lightweight and because they float on a nearly frictionless film of air, heavy loads can often be moved manually, without the need for tow vehicles or winches. Control consoles provide individual pressure regulation to compensate for unequal load distribution on air bearings.

1. Basic Even Loading - Know your load weight and how it's distributed to move safely. Contact us prior to your next move if you have any questions.
2. Our load module provides optimal load balancing when arranged under the load in a triangle, square or 6-way pattern.
3. Familiarize yourself with your control console it will facilitate your move over temporary overlays, floor joints or cracks.
