AeroGo adheres to a strict quality policy in order to satisfy all customer's requirements and encourage a long term business relationship. The commitment to quality begins with pre-sales support and continues beyond delivery and installation of the equipment. AeroGo works closely with customers and suppliers to define, evaluate, refine and document project requirements.
Quality Assurance inspects and verifies materials, processes and products to ensure compliance to drawings and customer specifications requirements or our quality procedures, whichever is greater. Upon completion of the project and delivery to the customer's facility, AeroGo assists the customer's quality assurance and technical staff to complete acceptance tests, inspections and initial training.
AeroGo's Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001 standards and is registered as ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate 34629) and SAE AS 9003:2001 compliant (Certificate 40102). The Quality Assurance Department maintains a calibration system which meets the requirements of ISO 10012: 2003. Measurement Management Systems - requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment to ensure measurement and test results are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
AeroGo welders are qualified per American Welding Society (AWS) welding codes for both aluminum and steel.
