AeroGo's air caster system allows for even weight distribution and, coupled with a low profile, allows the transport of nuclear equipment without damaging concrete pads or facilities. Large air caster load modules distribute the load over a large portion of a cask's bottom and the concrete storage pads. AeroGo air bearing air casters provide nearly frictionless movement of heavy loads. Drive our nuclear transport system under a cask, lift it and then move or position the cask in storage. Casks are easily orientated and placed within 0.5 inches/13mm position accuracy through simple operation and proven tractor steering accuracy.

A pendant controlled drive system allows a single operator to easily move and position storage casks. Your initial equipment investment is lower with AeroGo, and with less complexity comes lower maintenance costs. Air Caster Systems operate on normal compressed air and have very few moving parts. Unlike a fixed wheel or rail system, you can add or remove individual casks in the storage area on a non-fixed travel path.
