Adjustable Load Beams

Adjustable Load Beam air caster load module systems offer your lean manufacturing process flexibility, stability and simplicity. Our load carriers feature: single point air connection, adjustability for varying load widths, and narrow load edge balancing without having to anchor the load.

Load Beam carriers are designed to adjust to loads with differing widths. The system consists of two air caster Load Module units connected by an adjustable telescopic tube. The tube extends or retracts to fit the width of the load. Multiple beam air caster units are spaced under the load to provide support for the entire structure. This allows the load module to move easily through assembly line transport.
