Roll Handling

Using just standard shop air, AeroGo’s  Rollmover and Rollmaster II make it possible for a single person to easily float heavy paper rolls, metal sheet coils, cable reels and other similar loads on a thin film of compressed air without the use of bulky overhead cranes, forklifts, rails or floor track systems. This unique air caster technology provides a reliable and easy-to-use alternative for your roll movement needs.

The Rollmover includes:
-Two lift units
-One Coiled interconnecting hose
-One regulator
Note: The Rollmover will handle rolls of different diameters within the Min & Max range on roll crushes of 2 inches (51mm) or less.The range will be less for rolls with a greater crush. For a larger range of diameters, consider ordering the adjustable RM4T-ANRM& RM4T-AURM models. Special range models are also available - call for quotation. Contact the factory for ranges on larger crushfigures and application information.

+ Fully adjustable models; handle rolls within the range specified in the table above.
+++ Model Example: For a 5,000-pound (2268kg) roll with a 38-inch (965mm) diameter and a 2-inch (51mm) Crush, the correctRollmover model number, with neoprene Aero-Casters, would be RM4T-54NRM (see the chart below). This Rollmover would handle rolldiameters from 36-54 inches (914-1372mm) as long as the crush is 2 inches (51mm) or less.
