Position Title:         INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision from the Manufacturing Manager, performs a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock in multiple areas of the warehouse. May assist in the receiving and packaging of product.

  1. Issues materials to internal departments; manually pre-picks items from multiple locations which are specified in work order pick tickets. Completes all necessary paperwork for items issued, and makes adjustments in the computer system
  2. Conducts weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored analysis; assists in conducting complete physical inventory count annually
  3. Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned
  4. Load and Unload trucks when necessary
  5. Communicate with purchasing for any deficiencies and/or excess of materials needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year minimum in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
  • MRP/ERP Experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and proven team player, some heavy lifting required.
  • 1 year minimum forklift experience

EDUCATION: High School diploma of GED

Details: Full time day position:  7:00am – 3:30 pm; Overtime on occasion

POSITION:          JOURNEYMAN FARICATOR-WELDER

DUTIES:              Prepare and weld aluminum structures.  Including:

  • Set-up, cut, fit and weld.
  • Read and follow detailed engineering drawings, blue prints and other written and oral instructions.
  • Operate lift truck, mig welder, panel saw, bench grinder and other small air tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three (3) years shop work.
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs
  • Read and understand instructions written in English.
  • Proficient on varieties of aluminum & steel including various grades and thicknesses.
  • Ability and desire to take on increasingly complex responsibilities.
  • Able to test and pass AWS qualifications
  • Good attendance and attitude a must.
  • US Citizen

Position Title:   Production Assembly

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares work to be accomplished by oral and written assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Able to use wide variety of hand and power tools. Excellent verbal and written skills and proven team player, Some heavy lifting required.
  • Able to utilize diagrams, drawings, oral and written instructions.

Additional:

  • Equipment Maintenance and Prior machine shop experience a plus
