Increase Your Output with AeroGo Air Caster Products!
Manufacture MOD Homes, Motorhomes/RV's, and/or modular structures on Air

  • Low Profile - as little as 2.5 inches/65mm - Reduces worker fatigue, back strain and injury - increased safety.
  • Increased Flexibility - No fixed path. Minimized downtime. Each unit is assembled on top of air caster products and floated on air from station to station.
  • Higher Output and Increased Productivity by maximizing floor space. Any units pending product, fixes or retesting can be removed from the line to a waiting zone. No need to stop or slow down the units behind it. Schedules are kept. No wait time. Reduced time at and in-between each position/station. Eliminates fixed in-floor fixtures and secondary equipment. Travel path/production line can be reorganized or reconfigured at any time. Cranes and forklifts are freed up for other tasks.
  • With AeroGo's special air caster air bearing products, personnel can manually glide units down the production line on a cushion of compressed air. AeroGo air casters increase efficiency within the factory, thereby increasing overall productivity. Used in place of wheels, rails, cranes, or winches, air casters notably decrease transition time between workstations. air casters are also cost effective to implement. With few components to purchase and maintain, and no moving parts, maintenance costs remain low. If you ever need after sale support, our distributor network; field and inside sales teams are ready to assist you.

    Decrease Production Time
It only takes a few people to move large/heavy structures. AeroGo's air caster have a low profile design which reduces the need for stairs to get in and out of units. "The unit is lower to the ground so there are no stools or steps necessary to get in and out. Plus you don't have to move equipment around, so you have a reduction in injuries," President of manufactured home company. Loads can even be moved with employees still at work inside the units, decreasing production time. President of manufactured home says it best, "We'd do it all again with the air caster." AeroGo offers innovative custom-designed load moving solutions in addition to a full line of standard products using air caster technology.

Floors Riding on a Cushion of Air
Whether moving a unit down the production line or maneuvering in tight spaces, AeroGo air casters are designed to allow for full movement in any direction. This gives operators greater control and greater precision in positioning and aligning the unit. Flexibility and versatility of movement will also increase productivity in the facility. With AeroGo equipment, assemblies are no longer confined to specific routes, allowing units to be moved more efficiently from station to station. Air caster technology dramatically lessens the need for both manpower and physical exertion. As little as one pound of force can move 1,000 pounds of weight, so the number of people required to move a floor, for example, is significantly reduced. "We've significantly cut the number of person-hours associated with moving floors, saving us both time and money," indicates the VP of Operations. "Plus our line workers don't have to expend nearly as much raw energy, so they're not completely worn out by the end of the shift." Increased safety and decreased injury rates are two other major benefits that result from the ergonomics of ar casters. Less physical strain translates into a reduced risk of injury.

    Recreational Vehicles Assembled on Air
Recreational Vehicle moving down the assembly line on a frictionless film of air. Air pallets include chocks which position and lock the wheels in place. AeroGo air casters are mounted to the underside of the air pallet provide lift and float the load on a cushion of air.

A Few People do the Work of Many
Two or three people can easily move structures through the assembly process from station to station. Regardless of how many assembly points, or the size/complexity of the structure... Loads starting at a couple thousand pounds in the first cell of assembly are moved with ease through to the final assembly point weighing 20 Tons.

    Illustration of Product Under Load
AeroGo air casters are simple to implement and easy to use. Products are placed under the load and inflated with standard shop air. Once the load is floated down the line and positioned, the air caster bags are deflated and the load remains stationary. Air casters are placed under floors to float them through assembly.
