State-of-the-art Computer Controls The Automated Mold Machine Changing Guided Vehicle Systems for this client, incorporated state-of-the-art technology. The AGV's utilize AeroGo air casters to eliminate friction and make the heavy load movement an easy operation. The AGV's were designed to change heavy molds for 19 plastic injection-molding presses. Each AGV is designed to change molds for up to 12 presses each day, requiring less than five minutes per mold changeover.
