High Lift
High lift load modules, also referred to as long stroke or auxiliary lift, provide additional lift height to raise tooling off of wheeled or spring loaded casters. It can also be used for long distance moves on wheels. By adding optional drive unit(s) it is possible for one operator to move a complete tooling section.
Easy to Implement into Existing Assembly Lines:
- Uses existing shop air
- Standard factory floors (machine troweled, sealed concrete) are sufficient
- Can replace or work alongside traditional forklifts or tugs
- Modular, can be used for a wide variety of loads
- Smooth movement in all directions
