SUBJECT: Conveying on Air

In the early days of factory fabrication of box-like structures, there were few ways to move those heavy weights along production lines. There was much gnashing of teeth over systems indented in the floor, which always gathered wheel stopping chips, or the rails that led to inevitable tripping. In the interest of keeping the line going, one manufacturer even chained all of his units with cables so the entire line could always move together; of course, getting from one side of the line to the other meant a lot of high stepping between the boxes. Fortunately, most of those days are gone and there is a system which eliminates all of them.

Air.

AeroGo offers air caster products that will literally float your heavy weight boxes wherever you want them to go on a production line. What's more, since these boxes now float on air less than an inch off the floor, nobody has to strain a tendon getting in and out of the units on the production line.

What occurs to me as one of the major advantages is the fact that the whole system works on the same compressor you use to power your pneumatic tools. Only 25 PSI is required from your existing system.

What's even more, two, or a maximum of three guys, are all that's required to push the boxes exactly where you want them, in any direction you choose. Why not take a glance at www.aerogo.com and then give AeroGo a buzz at 1-800-426-4757.
