Omnidirectional Load Movement System
Air Planks are capable of easily floating loads down production lines as their weights increase. air planks utilize standard compressed shop air to move loads on a nearly frictionless film of air , eliminating operator strain and damage to the floor while providing omnidirectional maneuverability.
By using 0.005 inches of nearly frictionless air to lift the loads, the air planks offer flexible movement and can balance uneven loads with a single air pressure regulator that has been built-in, offering easy-to-use, air flow controls. The multi-directional movement of the machine while floating on a cushion of air allows the operator to use minimal force, even in tight spaces.
