Air Jacks
Best Product of 2006 - Reader Nominated
Air Jack’s thin profile provides easy insertion under most loads. Lightweight compared to hydraulic jacks. air jack works on most surfaces. Forget repetitive body movements to raise and lower loads: air jacks can lift and deflate heavy objects at the touch of a button. It features durable construction for a variety of industrial applications.
Safety is built into the controller’s interface, allowing the operator to push the button response from a distance. air jacks can also be used to shift loads. Suspend an air jack between the narrow spaces of the two heavy objects, at or below the load’s center of gravity, then inflate and create a greater space between the two loads.
Air Jack Systems include air jacks, interconnect hoses from each air jack air bag to controller and the handheld controller. Systems need a minimum of one air jack.
To use, connect the air hoses, insert air jacks under the load and use the green and red buttons on the controller to increase or decrease air volume. Gauges on the controller provide pressure readings. Specifically designed for industrial lifting or jacking applications. air jacks are built tough for continuous use in demanding rigging applications.
Air Jacks are lightweight and portable, which makes for easy handling, storing, transport and set-up. The low profile of air jacks requires less than 1.5 inches if insertion space and can inflate to full height in seconds. air jacks are available in a variety of sizes with a single jack capacity up to 70 tons, and provide virtually limitless lifting capacities. air jack Systems include two air jacks, one hand-held controller and three hoses with quick attach couplings
